Publication Process

Publication Process

1. Submission. Authors submit the manuscript and required metadata through the OJS platform.
2. Editorial screening. The editorial office checks scope, completeness, originality, similarity, authorship, and ethical compliance.
3. Independent peer review. Manuscripts that pass screening are sent to at least one qualified independent reviewer. Additional review may be requested when needed.
4. Revision. Authors respond to reviewer and editor comments and submit a revised manuscript with a response document.
5. Editorial decision. The editor decides to accept, request further revision, or decline the manuscript. An editor-author is excluded from handling their own manuscript.
6. Production. Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout, author proofing, and final metadata checks.
7. Publication. Beginning in 2027, regular issues are published in January and July.

Editorial decisions and publication slots are not sold. Payment of an article processing charge, when applicable after acceptance, does not influence review or editorial decisions.
